he colour balance is definately too blue based, i would reccomend changing the colour to more the colour that the map is. E.g. for dust2 i use a red / minus green with a little contrast and a 30% opacity gaussian blur. Really looks nice (none of these are uploaded to noobflicks)

too high contrast ... color correction is a little off I'd say. Not bad though.
