The video doesn't have the time to go into details about how to handle low mana situations or longer fights, but the strategy guide does.


The Video

Arcane was buffed in 3.0.8 but then nerfed less than a week later.

It still, however, is an incredibly strong PvE spec.

This video takes you through the basics of playing Arcane and between it and the associated strategy guide, you will have the tools you need if you want to respec Arcane.


Why did you make this video?

Personally, I love arcane: it's a faster spec, since the spells cast more quickly, and I feel more engaged.

Also, my mana matters, and I can turn extra mana into more DPS. Have a spare innervate? Give it to me and the raid DPS will increase!

All told, I'm having fun even with the nerfs.


This isn't my normal video style with detailed boss strategy explanations -- it's tuned more for people curious about how arcane works, why it works, and a place to learn the terminology so they can understand the intricacies of the spec.
