Audio out of sync

I just uploaded another movie: http://www.noobflicks.com/watch/1158/quad_kill_on_wnv At 0:30 the audio skips, and near the end of the movie the audio randomly speeds up and down. The crackling sound that was in my other movie is gone now, when I use 44,100 hz instead of 48000...

Sorry I couldn't reply earlier... the website kept telling me my password was wrong when it was right. Anyways I'm not sure what audio codec I used... but I exported as .mp4 (Main Concept AVC/AAC) from Vegas, so I guess it should be AAC? It doesn't say H.264 or anything like that...
